The peculiarity of our restaurant is a magnificent hunting cuisine. Due to availability of our own hunting entity, the menu includes game: deer meat, elk meat, fallow deer meat, roe meat, moufflon meat, pheasant meat.
Our specialties are: Krasny Bor soup on beef tea made of game with mushrooms and vegetables, elk roast meat or elk tartar, rolls of pheasant, deer for hock with red bilberry sauce, meat platter created by the chief cook, salad with charqued duck filet, pancakes with pickerel caviar, flavored baked fallow deer meat or tender carpaccio of game, fish dishes made of European carp, common carp, pike perch, pickerel.
Mushrooms, forest berries, fresh culinary plants and honey and dairy products delivered by own household plot are always present at our table.
