Bank Card Payment Procedure

Payment by VISA, MasterCard, BELKART, MIR and UPI bank cards via Assist Belarus

1. Payment is made online in real time immediately after placing the order.

2. Cards of international payment systems VISA (all types), MasterCard (including Maestro), issued by any bank in the world, MIR, as well as cards of BELKART and UnionPay payment systems are accepted.

When choosing to pay by bank card, payment processing (including entering card details) is carried out by LLC “Electronic Payment Company ASSIST” using the Assist Belarus electronic payment system, which has passed international certification.

The payment security system uses a secure TLS protocol to transmit confidential information from the client to the server and for further processing in the processing center. This means that the payer’s confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) are not transmitted to the online store, their processing is fully protected, and no one can access the client’s personal or banking data. In addition, secure technologies are used: Visa Secure for VISA, MasterCard ID Check for MasterCard, Belkart Internet Password for Belkart, and MIRACCEPT for the MIR payment system.

Payment procedure:

1. Select online card payment.

2. After clicking the “Confirm and Pay” button, you will be redirected to the electronic payment provider’s website belassist.by. The authorization server establishes a secure TLS connection and receives the buyer’s card details (card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and CVC2/CVV2 code). Online card payment is completely confidential and secure.

3. Personal data and card details are entered not on our website, but on the payment system’s authorization page using TLS secure data transmission and Visa Secure, MasterCard ID Check, MIRACCEPT, and Belkart Internet Password technologies.

Cards of Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, MIR, and BELKART payment systems issued by any bank in the world are accepted. We recommend contacting your bank in advance to ensure that your card can be used for online payments.

Possible reasons for authorization refusal:

· insufficient funds on the card;

· online payment restrictions set by the issuing bank;

· card data entry timeout;

· data entry errors or confirmation failure.

Depending on the reason, you may:

· contact the issuing bank for clarification;

· retry payment using a card issued by another bank.

All payment receipts must be kept to reconcile with your card account statement if needed in disputed situations.

Payment by bank cards via Alfa-Bank CJSC

Cards of VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, BELKART, and MIR payment systems are accepted. Payments via Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are also available.

Payment security is ensured by modern verification, encryption, and secure data transmission technologies.

Card data is entered on the bank’s secure authorization page. To make a payment, enter the card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV2/CVC2).

If the card supports 3D Secure, BELKART Internet Password, or MIR Accept, you will be redirected to your issuing bank’s page to enter the security code.

When paying with Apple Pay, select a card in Wallet and authenticate using the selected method.

When paying with Samsung Pay, click “Pay with Samsung Pay”, enter your Samsung Account and confirm the purchase on your smartphone.

Your personal information is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this website.

After payment, the service is reserved and confirmed to the customer via phone or email. Services are provided according to the booking request.

Alcohol sales via the Internet are not carried out.

To request a refund for erroneous transactions, submit a written application with payment receipts to buh@krasniybor.by.

Payment by bank cards via WebPay

To order a service, please contact us by phone or email. We will send you a payment link. By clicking the link, you will be redirected to the secure WebPay payment page.

The WEBPAY secure server establishes an encrypted TLS connection and confidentially receives card details.

Please keep payment receipts to confirm transactions in case of disputes.

Refunds for card payments are made to the card used for payment.
