The menu is primarily based on hunting cuisine. Game is supplied to the restaurant from the grounds of its own hunting estate. The options includes dishes made from moose, venison, fallow deer, roe deer, mouflon, and even European bison. The chefs are well-versed in game processing techniques and know all the nuances of preparing meat and poultry.
Guests also enjoy tasting dishes made from lake and river fish, such as pike, perch, and eel. Hunters and fishermen can bring their catch to the kitchen for the chefs to prepare.
